As a factory-direct underfloor heating base station manufacturer and supplier in China, we produce multi-zone control units in wired and wireless configurations at our own facility in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province. With in-house PCB assembly, dedicated production lines, and functional and safety testing on every unit, we supply OEM heating system integrators and HVAC distributors in 90+ countries with reliable, EN 60730-2 compliant control hubs that connect room thermostats, thermal actuators, pump and boiler through a single wiring point.
When you source base stations from Legom, you specify control units built to the EN 60730-2 standard, with IP20 / Class II protection, screwless push-in terminals, integrated pump and boiler outputs, and a fail-safe Normally Closed control direction.
We manufacture a full range of underfloor heating base stations that act as the central wiring and control hub for room-by-room temperature management in hydronic heating and cooling systems. The range spans 6-zone, 8-zone and 10-zone capacities in wired and wireless (RF) thermostat communication, with 230V and low-voltage 24V versions and heating-only and heating/cooling variants. Every unit uses Normally Closed (NC) control direction with integrated pump and boiler outputs. OEM and ODM customization is available across the range.

Choosing the correct base station comes down to four questions: how many zones your system has, what actuator voltage you use, whether you need cooling as well as heating, and whether thermostat cabling is practical.
Count the independent thermostat-controlled rooms. BS-Y6 handles 6 zones; TCC, wireless and BS-N1L handle 8 zones; BS-N1 and BS-N2 handle 10 zones.
Most models drive standard 230V thermal actuators. For low-voltage 24V actuators, choose the BS-N1L with its integrated 230V-to-24V transformer — no external transformer required.
For radiant systems that both heat and cool, choose the BS-N2, which adds a heat/cool changeover input and a dew point sensor that protects against condensation during cooling.
For new construction where cables can be routed, choose a wired model. For renovations, retrofits and heritage buildings, choose the wireless 8-zone model with RF communication.

The central wiring and control hub of a multi-zone system. It receives signals from room thermostats, routes switching commands to the corresponding actuators, and manages pump and boiler outputs. Without it, each thermostat would need to be wired independently — far more complex and error-prone.
We are a manufacturer. Base stations are produced at our own facility in Jiaxing with in-house PCB assembly, housing moulding, terminal integration, transformer assembly and end-of-line functional and safety testing.
Wired models run thermostat signal cables back to the base station. The wireless model carries commands by RF, removing signal cables entirely. Actuator wiring to the manifold is the same in both. Wireless suits renovations; wired suits new construction.
BS-Y6 up to 6 zones; TCC wired, wireless 8-zone, or 24V BS-N1L for 7-8 zones; BS-N1 (heating) or BS-N2 (heating and cooling) for up to 10 zones. Also confirm actuator voltage and whether you need cooling.
The voltage refers to the actuators driven. A 230V unit switches mains-voltage actuators directly. The 24V BS-N1L includes an integrated transformer that steps 230V mains down to 24V DC internally — no external transformer needed.
Yes. The BS-N2 is a 10-zone heating and cooling base station with a 230Vac heat/cool changeover input and a dew point sensor that cuts off cold water supply and stops the pump if condensation is detected during cooling.
BS-Y6, TCC and wireless models allow up to 2 actuators per zone. The N-series (BS-N1, BS-N2, BS-N1L) allows up to 5 actuators per zone for large rooms or open-plan areas with several manifold loops.
In an NC system, the actuator is open (flow-on) when no electrical signal is present and closes when energised. This means heating zones are active by default and the thermostat commands the system to stop heating once the target is reached — the most common European floor heating configuration.
It prevents short-cycling during brief thermostat switching and avoids conflicts between the base station's control logic and external pump commands at startup, protecting the pump from rapid start-stop sequences.
On the BS-N1 and BS-N1L, if no zone calls for heat for 24 hours, the base station runs the circulating pump for one minute. This anti-seize function keeps the pump from getting stuck during the non-heating season.
Wired models are compatible with standard thermostats and NC thermal actuators of the matching voltage. For the wireless model, third-party thermostat compatibility depends on the RF protocol — confirm with our team before mixing brands.
No. The base station still requires a 230V mains cable, and actuators on the manifold are still wired to it. What is wireless is the communication between thermostats and the base station; each wireless thermostat needs its own power, typically batteries.
Y-series units are built to EN 60730-2 with an integrated cable guide and strain relief compliant with DIN EN 60730-1. The N-series is CE approved. All models are IP20 with Class II insulation.
