As a factory-direct manifold manufacturer and supplier in China, we produce brass and 304 stainless steel underfloor heating manifolds in three series — standard HPb 59-1 brass, nickel-plated brass and stainless steel — at our own facility in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province. With in-house CNC machining, dedicated assembly lines, and pressure and leak testing on every unit, we supply OEM manifold builders, underfloor heating system integrators and HVAC distributors in 90+ countries with consistent, reliable distribution components.
When you source manifolds from Legom, you specify distribution units rated to a 16 bar maximum working pressure and a 110°C working temperature, with 1″ female main connections and 3/4″ male Eurocone branch outlets that connect directly to 20×2.0mm and 16×2.0mm floor heating pipe.
We manufacture brass and stainless steel manifolds for underfloor heating and hydronic distribution systems in three series: standard HPb 59-1 brass, nickel-plated brass and 304 stainless steel. Each manifold distributes heated water from a single supply into individually controllable branch circuits, with 3/4″ Eurocone outlets that connect directly to floor heating pipe and branch valves that accept thermal actuators for zone control. All series are rated to 16 bar and 110°C, and available for OEM and ODM customization.

Choosing the correct manifold comes down to your material and finish preference, the number of zones and flow your system needs, and your pipe and actuator compatibility:
Choose standard HPb 59-1 brass for a proven, cost-effective option in concealed cabinets. Choose nickel-plated brass where the manifold is visible and a bright, corrosion-resistant finish matters. Choose 304 stainless steel for lead-free, hygiene-sensitive systems and the highest corrosion resistance.
The brass series covers 2 to 9 ports with 12 Kv main flow; the stainless steel series extends to 12 ports with a higher 20 Kv main flow, supporting larger houses and light commercial buildings.
All series use 1″ female main connections and 3/4″ male Eurocone branch outlets for 20x2.0mm and 16x2.0mm pipe. The branch valves accept thermal actuators — confirm pipe size and actuator type when ordering.

Three series: standard HPb 59-1 brass, nickel-plated brass and 304 stainless steel. All are produced in-house, rated to 16 bar and 110°C, with 3/4″ Eurocone branch outlets and branch valves that accept thermal actuators.
Both perform well. Brass is cost-effective for standard residential systems (2 to 9 branches). Stainless steel is lead-free with the highest corrosion resistance, higher 20 Kv main flow and a wider 2 to 12 branch range for larger, higher-capacity or hygiene-sensitive systems.
A lead brass alloy known for excellent machinability and high mechanical strength, well suited to precision-machined manifold bodies that hold pressure and accept threaded connections. Widely used in plumbing and heating components.
Nickel plating adds a hard, bright protective layer over the polished brass body, improving corrosion resistance and giving a clean, durable, easy-to-wipe surface. Ideal for visible manifold cabinets.
304 is an austenitic stainless steel combining high strength, outstanding corrosion resistance and a hygienic, lead-free surface. It naturally forms a self-repairing passive chromium-rich oxide film that reforms if scratched.
Brass and nickel-plated brass series are available in 2 to 9 branches; the stainless steel series in 2 to 12. Branches are spaced 50mm apart, so body length increases by 50mm per branch.
The main supply and return connections are 1″ female (F1″), and the branch outlets feeding each floor loop are 3/4″ male (M3/4″). The 3/4″ outlets use the Eurocone standard, connecting to floor heating pipe through standard compression unions.
The 3/4″ Eurocone outlets accept 20x2.0mm and 16x2.0mm pipe (outer diameter x wall thickness), making the manifolds compatible with standard floor heating pipe in those sizes.
Yes. The branch valve heads accept thermal actuators, which open and close each loop in response to a room thermostat for automatic zone control. The 50mm branch spacing leaves clearance for each actuator.
Yes, including customization of material, branch count, body length, connection threads and surface finish, all under strict confidentiality.
